Chicken, vegetables & noodles stir fry

100 gram noodles (egg noddles)
2 thick slices of chicken breast – cut to cubes
1 chopped onion
1 copped garlic clove
1 carrot cut to stripes
1/2 cup mushroom
1/2 cup red pepper
1/2 cup sprouts

3 tbsp soy sauce
5 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp honey




1. Cook the noodles according to the directions on the bag

2. On a large pan, heat oil and  chicken cubes, a minute for each side – and transfer chicken to a plate.

3. On a large wok, fry onion for 2 minutes, add all the vegetables (except for the sprouts), and cook for 7-8 minutes until vegetables get a little tender.

4. Add chicken, noodles and seasoning, cook for 2 more minutes and serve!
