Shawarma Meat

4-5 servings



7 whole boneless thighs

1/3 cup olive oil

1 tbsp paprika

1/2 tspn tumerik

1/3 tspn cumin

1 tbsp chicken soup mix (optional)




  1. Mix all the ingredients and let it sit for an hour

  2. Preheat oven to 350, and bake the meat for 30 minutes on baking paper.

  3. Cut the thighs to strips, pass to a hot pan with the fluids that were left in the baking pan.

  4. Fry on high heat for a few minutes until fluids are gone.

  5. Serve with Pita, Tortilla or rice. Enjoy!
