Quick lentil soup

3/4 cup red/orange lentils

2 small potatoes

2 carrots

7 cups boiling water

3 tbsp chopped parsley

1/2 tspn paprika

1/2 tspn tumerik

2 tbsp chicken soup mix

salt + pepper


1. Add water to a pot, let boil, add lentil.

2. Grate vegetables and add them to the pot with the seasoning, cook for 5 minutes, reduce the heat, cover partially and cook for another 10 minutes.

3. Add the parsley and cook for 10 more minutes.

4. Serve, enjoy!
