Wash the chicken, dry, and cut to 2×2 inches cubes.
Add all other ingredients.
Skewer chicken on skewers. (better to use metal skewers, due to the weight of the chicken).
Optional – You can also add vegetables to the chicken – cut pepper, mushrooms, onion, sliced zucchini, cherry tomatoes etc…
Bake in oven that was preheated to 350 for 30-40 minutes, or on BBQ (if you use wooden skewers and grill on BBQ, make sure to soak the skewers in water first for 30 minutes so your skewers won’t burn).
