Chicken skewers

1 kg of boneless chicken thighs

1/2 cup olive oil

2 tbsp paprika

1 heaping tbsp honey / silan (date honey)

1 tsp grill spice / shawarma spice / curry

1 tbsp chicken soup mix

1 tsp minced garlic





  1. Wash the chicken, dry, and cut to 2×2 inches cubes.

  2. Add all other ingredients.

  3. Skewer chicken on skewers. (better to use metal skewers, due to the weight of the chicken).

    Optional – You can also add vegetables to the chicken – cut pepper, mushrooms, onion,  sliced zucchini, cherry tomatoes etc…

  4. Bake in oven that was preheated to 350 for 30-40 minutes, or on BBQ (if you use wooden skewers and grill on BBQ, make sure to soak the skewers in water first for 30 minutes so your skewers won’t burn).
