Avocado/Egg Mixture

A wonderful Shabbos treat…serve as a salad or as an appetizer on crackers or challah

 

Ingredients:

2 hard boiled eggs

1 ripe avocado

Juice of 1 lemon

Sea salt/pepper to taste

 

 

Directions:

  1. Grate or mash eggs

  2. Mash avocado

  3. Mix together, add lemon juice and salt/pepper until desired taste is achieved

Keep pit from avocado in mixture to keep it from turning brown. Can be doubled.
